Finally got a chance to re-organize my closet and got rid of 3 large bags
of unworn/neglected clothing items...and it feels great.
(I posted a pic on Instagram of my closet, which is nothing special...-it's small, and it's mostly likely going to stay organized
'til Friday. I hope it's that long).
I try to re-organize my closet every couple of months...it just gives me a good feel of how much crap I have and how much more of it I don't need. True story! But those darn sales...aren't helping!
Black Friday? This girl is sayin' home! (Good time to pack for the upcoming vacay I'd say ;)

Love so many elements of this outfit - those flats are gorgeous - I want studded shoes so bad! Also adore the polka dot scarf and the mini-bubble necklace!
ReplyDeleteMy closet organization is an ongoing project - but it HAS to be done by the end of this year - that's the deadline I'm setting myself LOL!
I'm also going to try avoid the black friday/cyber monday sales (which have trickled over to Canada now even though our thanksgiving was a while back!)
I reorganised my closet a few weeks ago, sadly already heading back to it's far less pretty/color coordinated state! haha!

I recently discovered that reorganizing the closet is the best way to save money: 1. I actually get to know all the clothes I have 2. I sadly realize how much money I end up spending in clothes I don't wear, so eventually I get more concious and learn from mistakes. As for today's outfit, I certainly applaud your courage. This is not easy to pull off but it looks great on you! Muah!

Thanks :) I do a little bit of both. I mostly donate but some of the items I sell on my blog (shop my closet blog).
